3 Delivery abroad
3.1 Do you deliver abroad Switzerland?
Deliveries to rest of Europe are also possible:

4.1 I have ordered too many or not enough
Ordered too much
Send us an email to [email protected] and we will adjust your order.
Ordered not enough
Place the order of your missing item and select "pick up" as a shipping method, so we will pack it together. Attention, only possible as long as your package has not yet been handed over to the post office. Write us to make sure [email protected]
4.2 Can I amend the payment method?
You can only change the payment method as long as your order is still open.
This means for bank transfer you can easily go into your account, choose your order and amend the payment method accordingly.
4.3 Can I cancel my order?
If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, you can log into your customer account and cancel the order.
If you have already paid, you can send us an email with your details to [email protected] and we will transfer the amount back to you.
Attention: Cancellation is only possible as long as your package has not yet been handed over to the post office.
